Kan Akane is a travel agency based in Tobetsu-cho, Hokkaido, Japan. Our representative, who holds an MBA from Kyoto University's Graduate School of Management, provides comprehensive services from trip planning to on-site guidance, ensuring every visitor to Hokkaido and beyond has a journey worth returning for.

Representative Message
The excitement lies outside the guidebook.
The moments that move us, such as a casual conversation with a local or the color of the sunset that suddenly catches our eyes, are often not tourist attractions or famous restaurants. That is why we want to value each guest's reason for traveling.
Kankaku Akane" is a haiku kigo (seasonal term in haiku) that describes a sunset shining in the bitter cold of winter. For me, the moment when my heart is moved is when I encounter a beautiful sunset on a winter day. I believe that each person has a different point of memorable moments, but I want to bring that person's excitement to the traveler as well. That is the starting point of the company called Kan Akane.
When I studied abroad in Shanghai, the locals spoke vividly about their culture. There was a real passion in their words that could not be found in guidebooks. There are things that can be conveyed only by local people. This conviction is the reason why I have devoted my life to the travel business.

Kan-Akane Co., Ltd.
Born in Tobetsu-cho, Hokkaido. She majored in Chinese at university and spent one year studying abroad in Shanghai, deepening her understanding of Chinese culture. After engaging in the planning and promotion of inbound travel to Japan, she established Kan Akane Co., Ltd. in February 2025 in her hometown of Tobetsu-cho. She holds an MBA in Tourism from Kyoto University's Graduate School of Management.
