First, please take a look at the model courses on our website. We introduce recommended routes in Hokkaido and other parts of Japan. If you find a course that appeals to you, go straight to the consultation. If not, please feel free to contact us so that we can create a trip just for you.

Inquiry/Hearing
Let us know your travel style, number of people, time of year, and budget. We will be happy to assist you in many languages.

Planning & Quotation
We will propose a tailor-made itinerary and estimate based on the content of the hearing. We will make adjustments as many times as you require.

Arrangements and Reservations
Based on the approved plan, we will proceed with arrangements for accommodations, domestic transportation, activities, etc. *Airline tickets and visa arrangements are to be made by the customer.

Pre-Trip Support and Payment
50% of the trip fee must be paid prior to departure. We can also arrange travel insurance for you so that you can prepare for your departure with peace of mind. We will also provide you with travel information and local precautions.

Support during trip and payment of balance
You will pay the remaining 50% on the day of arrival in Japan. We will provide a dedicated group chat, so please feel free to contact us anytime for additional activities, restaurant reservations, manners in Japan, or any other requests you may have during your trip.
